Delivery & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each item is handmade to order in our Glasgow workshop. Please allow 5-7 business days for production and shipping within the UK.

Why does it take 5-7 days?

Unlike mass-produced items, every product we create is personalised and handcrafted just for you. This includes design, production, quality checking, and careful packaging to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

What about international shipping?

  • UK: 5-7 business days (production + shipping)
  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • USA/Canada: 10-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 12-18 business days

I need my order for a specific date (wedding, event, etc.). Can you help?

Absolutely! If you have a deadline, please contact us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk before placing your order. We offer rush production for time-sensitive events and can discuss expedited options.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my order is delayed?

We'll keep you updated throughout the process. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll contact you immediately. You can always reach us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk with questions about your order status.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because we begin production quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. Email Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk with your order number and requested changes.

 

ORDERS & PERSONALISATION

Can I add a gift message?

Of course, all our gift notes are handwritten and are a lovely touch when sending someone a gift.

I'm looking for something more bespoke, could you help?

Do you have something specific in mind - a particular colour, flower, theme or product that you want? Talk to us at holly@peachandpearstudio.co.uk and we will always do whatever we can to help, create something special.

Something I want to order is sold out, what should I do?

Sometimes our most popular items go out of stock, but we work hard to get them back as soon as possible - we will do everything we can to deliver any products you may need in the best time possible.

What items are 'made-to-order'?

All our signs, guest books, photo albums and scrapbooks. We make these once you have placed your order, therefore these items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. 

Do you include your receipts in the box?

No, we don't, so don't worry if you're sending direct to the recipient they won't see cost breakdowns! You do, however, receive an email confirmation of your order so please put your own email when choosing a gift.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. You have 14 days to return any item that is not personalised or made-to-order. To start the returns process, please email holly@peachandpearstudio.co.uk with your order reference number. 

Where can I leave feedback?

We want to know what you think. What you love or what you don’t. If you have an issue we would really appreciate the time to try and provide you with the best solution email holly@peachandpearstudio.co.uk or if you are happy with your product we would love if you could leave a Review it helps a small business like ours massively.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you love your items but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, unless they been personalised or they are 'made to order', they can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that the following guidelines are observed.

Email us at holly@peachandpearstudio.co.uk within 14 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process.
Past the grace period of 14 days from when you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund. 


You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags still in place. You are asked to take reasonable care of the items. In the case of an item with a hygiene seal, you are required not to remove the seal when examining the item.  If handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way.
To complete a return or exchange, please include your order number and name within the box.
The original shipping fee will not be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Peach & Pear unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a Peach & Pear employee at the office.
Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.
Once we receive the returned item we will assess it and will notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange on the following:

If the items are personalised in any way or if they are 'made to order' - All our product descriptions will state if they are made to order so please check carefully before you purchase if you are unsure.
All custom orders are final and non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
