Director - Aidan

Aidan grew up in a small, picturesque town where her love for art and crafting was nurtured by her grandmother, who ran a quaint antique store. This unique upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for the timeless beauty of handmade crafts and the nostalgia of bygone eras.

Aidan is a passionate and artistic soul with an infectious love for all things related to weddings and crafting. His warm and welcoming personality makes customers feel right at home in his charming studio. He's a firm believer in the beauty of handcrafted items and goes to great lengths to ensure every piece he creates is a work of art.

 

Project Manager - Joseph

Joseph is a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about all things paper and crafting. He has an uncanny knack for organisation and loves helping customers bring their artistic visions to life. His cheerful demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile make him a valuable asset in the arts and crafts studio.

Joseph's love for paper and crafting began as a child, and it only grew as she pursued a degree in fine arts. After completing his studies, he discovered Peach & Pear and immediately fell in love with its whimsical charm and focus on wedding stationery and personalised gifts. His creative mind and eye for detail caught Aidan's attention, and he was hired as Aidan's trusted assistant.

 

Production - Emily

Emily otherwise known as Emmy is a youthful, energetic woman in her early 30s. She has a friendly, approachable demeanour and is often seen wearing casual, yet stylish attire, such as slim-fit jeans and graphic T-shirts. Emmy has a penchant for vintage sneakers and enjoys sporting a collection of colourful wristbands. She carries a tablet or a smartphone instead of a traditional notebook.

 Emmy is a tech-savvy and efficient professional who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. She is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help clients with their orders. She's digital proficiency and adaptability make her an integral part of the studio's modern operation.

 

 

FAQ

How long will delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 business days to arrive, and Express UK is shipped for next day delivery. For a full breakdown of areas and deliveries please visit our delivery page.

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship worldwide. Please do email us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk and we will do our best to get to you wherever you are.

What about personalised items?

For personalised items aim to ship your order within 2-4 businesses days, but this can vary from product to product, do check the product description. 

What about items that are 'made-to-order'?

One of the unique things about Peach & Pear is that we hand make our own items in our studio, this includes all our Wedding signs, guest books, wedding planners, photo albums and more. This means that your items are made as and when the order is placed, for this reason we say please allow 2-4 days for your item to be made. If you need something quicker please purchase express shipping.

What items are 'made-to-order'?

All our signs, guest books, photo albums and scrapbooks. We make these once you have placed your order, therefore these items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. 

Does the standard delivery of 2-3 days including the time my item is being made?

No. Your item will take 2-4 days to make, if it's 'made-to-order' and then we will ship with the service you have chosen. So if that's standard UK delivery, it's 2-3 days from when the item is made.

What if I need something urgently?

Please opt for our Express Delivery at check-out and get in touch with us to let us know when you need your item by?

Will I receive a confirmation email?

You will always receive a confirmation email once you have processed your order. Please check your junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email with your tracking number so that you can follow its progress. 

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Once the item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.  

Can I add a gift message?

Of course, all our gift notes are handwritten and are a lovely touch when sending someone a gift.

Do you include your receipts in the box?

No, we don't, so don't worry if you're sending direct to the recipient they won't see cost breakdowns! You do, however, receive an email confirmation of your order so please put your own email when choosing a gift.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. You have 14 days to return any item that is not personalised or made-to-order. To start the returns process, please email Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk with your order reference number. 

Something I love is sold out, what should I do?

Please email us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk and we will do everything we can to deliver any products you may need in the best time possible.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted
2. We aim to to ship non personalised items within 1 working day
3. All items that are 'made to order' or 'personalised' will take longer and vary from product and brand, please check item descriptions for specific info.
4. There may be specialist items that take longer to make as many of the items we stock are handcrafted and made to order.
5. In any event, delivery will be made within 7-10 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.
6. Once the item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service. 
7. International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay the import and you may not cancel the order and send back to us if the goods have been personalised or are 'made-to-order'.
8. A delivery fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.
9. All personalised items will take between 7 - 10 working days, to make, they will then ship to you. If you need your item within 10 working days please select the UK Express Personalisation Service at check out. We aim to deliver you the quickest and best service possible. If you have a special request and need something faster than initially anticipated, please do email us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk and we will always endeavour to help. If you have ordered a selection of products, both customised and not, these will not ship without all items being ready for dispatch. Once all your products have been prepared, your package will be shipped.
10. Please note we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, returns or refunds on items that have been personalised or 'made to order'.
11. Any items that are ‘made to order’ will specify on the item's page exactly how long it will take to make. Please get in touch if you have any questions on 'made to order' items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope you love your items but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, unless they been personalised or they are 'made to order', they can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that the following guidelines are observed.

 

• Email us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk within 14 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process.
• Past the grace period of 14 days from when you received your item, we cannot offer you a refund. 
• You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags still in place. You are asked to take reasonable care of the items. In the case of an item with a hygiene seal, you are required not to remove the seal when examining the item.  If handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way.
• To complete a return or exchange, please include your order number and name within the box.
• The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
• Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Peach & Pear unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a Peach & Pear employee at the office.
• Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.
• Once we receive the returned item we will assess it and will notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

 

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange on the following:

• If the items are personalised in any way or if they are 'made to order' - All our product descriptions will state if they are made to order so please check carefully before you purchase if you are unsure.
• All custom orders are final and non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ORDERS & PAYMENT:

1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unless otherwise stated, items on the site are in stock and available for delivery. Orders may be despatched directly by the seller or fulfilled by us on the seller’s behalf. All items, regardless of location, are sold on behalf of the seller named on the product page by us as their agent.
2. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. After this time, the order may still be rejected at our discretion or if the seller cannot fulfil the item for any reason. If your order is rejected or your item becomes unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and you will be offered a full refund. Our liability and that of the seller will be limited to a full refund in this situation.
3. Acceptance of your order is on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions which apply between you, us, and the seller.

PRICE & PAYMENT:

We need not provide you with advance notice in such circumstances.
2. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation.
3. Despite our best efforts, sometimes our products may be incorrectly priced. Where there is a discrepancy in price, and the stated price is less than the correct price for the products we will contact you for instructions before delivery or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Where the stated price is more than the correct price, we will charge you the lower amount when making delivery to you.
4. We may use third party payment processing services to process payments through our website and do not make any representation or warranty with regard to their service.

TAXES:

1. We have made every effort to make clear whether the quoted prices for items available through our site include any relevant tax and/or duty or do not. Where in any case it is not clear please note before you make an order that you might be required to bear a liability to tax or duty (for example customs duties) imposed by operation of law for shipment to your country that is in addition to the price.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

1. If you purchase an item you agree that payments made through our website are made at your own risk.
2. Orders are unfortunately not able to be cancelled once payment has been processed.
3. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, unless they been personalised with bespoke embroidery, they can be returned for a refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.
• Email Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk within 7 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process. Past the grace period of 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
• You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags still in place. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items and in the case of an item with a hygiene seal, you are required not to remove the seal when examining the item. If your handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way then the cost will be deducted from the purchase price and we will refund the balance.
• To complete your return or exchange, please return your invoice with your order
• The original shipping fee will not be refunded
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

4. If the items were made to your specifications, or are clearly personalised, you will not have the right to a refund or exchange on your order. All custom orders are final and non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Once we receive the item back we will assess it and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for return. A full refund including applicable delivery costs at the lowest reasonable rate offered by us will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

6. In any event, delivery will be made within 30 days of your order.
7. The products are at your risk from the time your delivery is signed for.
8. International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
9. A delivery fee may be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.

1. We may freely assign all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW:

1. The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us on behalf of the seller. No verbal statements should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or a representation about the nature or quality of any services offered for sale by us.
