Shipping policy

 

1. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted
2. We aim to to ship non personalised items within 1 working day
3. All items that are 'made to order' or 'personalised' will take longer and vary from product and brand, please check item descriptions for specific info.
4. There may be specialist items that take longer to make as many of the items we stock are handcrafted and made to order.
5. In any event, delivery will be made within 7-10 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.
6. Once the item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service. 
7. International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay the import and you may not cancel the order and send back to us if the goods have been personalised or are 'made-to-order'.
8. A delivery fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.
9. All personalised items will take between 7 - 10 working days, to make, they will then ship to you. If you need your item within 10 working days please select the UK Express Personalisation Service at check out. We aim to deliver you the quickest and best service possible. If you have a special request and need something faster than initially anticipated, please do email us at Aidan@peachandpearstudio.co.uk and we will always endeavour to help. If you have ordered a selection of products, both customised and not, these will not ship without all items being ready for dispatch. Once all your products have been prepared, your package will be shipped.
10. Please note we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, returns or refunds on items that have been personalised or 'made to order'.
11. Any items that are ‘made to order’ will specify on the item's page exactly how long it will take to make. Please get in touch if you have any questions on 'made to order' items.
