Although the product was accurately described and in some ways exceeded expectations I have to say the standard of customer service was not good.If given an estimated delivery date of 30 May to 3 June and then receive the album on 13 June this is not a great business model.So for customer service I would struggle to give Pear and Peach anything above one star.
Very happy with the album -- looked and felt so luxurious and sturdy. The team were also super accommodating as I needed the album at short notice. Well exceeded my expectations and will definitely order more in the future
Everything about the process and ordering was great. Excellent service. Unfortunately, I ordered from canada, so the shipping was 70 pounds for a single kg item. Then, my government run postal service went on strike in November. Leaving the item in limbo, with no way to get it before Christmas. So spending 300 dollars on digital prints to fill this, and ordering 100 dollars of supplies to try and scrap book it a little like a teenage girl, which was going to take me a lot of time because I'm not a teenage girl, and after planning out all the pages, and getting everything together, the postman who never delivers on time and just slaps a slip to my door so I have to go get it myself anyways, went on strike. 600 plus dollars and hours of planning, for a gift for some friends....and I doubt I'll ever see this item, perhaps I'll just send a box with a piece of paper in it that says "its the thought that counts".
Again, I'm sure the item is wonderful. Canada is just literally collapsing at the moment and I'm enraged that I thought I could make a gift for people instead of just getting something off of Amazon and of course my plans got Trudeau'ed again.
Bought as a gift, it's absolutely beautiful and the perfect present! Thankyou again!!
The font size is not as desired
I have edited this review pending a replacement product being sent as my first was faulty. I will re-edit this once I receive the replacement.
Only thing I would say is, I didn't realise the letters were stuck on. Still looks good though

I use peachandpearstudio to make our wedding book. I am so happy I did, as I loved their mountain design, but wasn’t sure if I was able to change the design to include our wedding date. After a quick email from Aidan it was all sorted. Extremely quick and efficient service. I could not have asked for better, thank you 😊

The item is beautiful and works perfectly. We ordered for our wedding video and ended up ordering 2 more for our parents. Our box that we ordered didn't arrive with the video book but the seller sent it out straight away once I messaged.
I was purchasing another that I’d seen but it sold out in Red colour. Some things happen for a reason, as I came across this little gem of a company. The book is so much better! Personalised, better quality and cheaper.. what’s not to love xx

I love this album so much. It is fantastic quality and really stylish. Delivery was very quick too. Lovely to have an actual album rather than keeping them on your phone. Would definitely recommend this.
