Simply peel back the protective sheet and place your photo on the sticky surface (easily unpeeled if needed) and place the sheet back - no photo corners, glue or tape needed. These are much better than slip in albums because the photos don't slip out easily. The best part is you can orientate the photos in whatever ways you'd like in these albums e.g portrait can be upright and landscape horizontal, so you don't have to orientate the album to look at photos (which is what you have to do with slip-in albums!)
